In a shaker filled with ice, pour the rum, the Amaretto, the dash of Sherry bitter, the blackberry puree and the
vanilla syrup. Strongly shake 15 seconds, pour and strain in an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.

- 1,5 cl Amaretto
- 1 dash Sherry bitter
- 6 cl Blackberry puree, Sicoly
- 1 cl Vanilla syrup
Garnish
- One mint leaf, a quarter of kumquat and one fresh blackberry.
