The Spicy Mandarino

    In the large tin, muddle gently the pimento, the pepper and the basil. Add the gin, mandarin liqueur, mandarin juice and sudachi juice. Fill the shaker up with ice and shake during 20 seconds. Pour and strain in a Martini glass with no ice. This cocktail can be served in an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish (see photograph). Tasting!


    Short Drink cocktail / Martini glass / Shaker made

    • 4 cl Generous gin
    • 1,5 cl Mandarin liqueur
    • 4,5 cl Mandarin Juice, Sicoly
    • 1 cl Sudachi Juice, Sicoly
    • 3 leaves of basil
    • 8 to 10 grains of Sichuan pepper
    • 2 really tiny small pieces of Thaï Bird’s Eye chili


    • One pimento and 3 leaves of basil
